Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Only valid on our Water Lodges, based on 2 people sharing.
• Supplementary Charge will incur for any additional guests
  
• Vouchers are valid from 13 December 2025 - until 25 February 2026. Sunday to Thursday; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 31 January 2026 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and the Following Dates:
  December 2025: 14, 21-31
  January 2026: 1-3, 11, 18, 29
  February 2026: 8, 15-16, 19, 22
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 28 days of booking.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and have to be used in a single transaction.
• New bookings only.

Kindly notify us at the time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival.
