Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Small Print:

• Voucher is valid from 2 Dec 2024 until 27 Feb 2025, Sun - Thu; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by 31st January 2025 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and the following dates:
  December 2024: 15, 19-31
  January 2025: 1-5, 29-30
  February 2025: 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 24-25
  
• Supplement charge of £20 for Sundays applies; strictly subject to availability.
  
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with our reservations team.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Executive Room £10, Garden Suite £40, Lowes Suite £50, Cygnet Suite £100, Creoch Suite: £300.
  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of booking.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and have to be used in a single transaction.
• Dining Off Selected Spa Lunch Menu.
